§ Mr. CARR-GOMMI beg to present a petition from residents and electors in the Rotherhithe Division of Southwark, in favour of the Government of Ireland Bill. They believe that the grant of self government to Ireland will be a measure of lasting benefit to Ireland and to Great Britain, and the Empire as well.
