§ Sir JOHN SPEARI beg to present three petitions, signed by 182 persons, from the parishes of Exbourne, Dunterton, and Sheepstor, in the county of Devon, against the Disestablishment and Disendowment of the English Church in Wales. I am asked to state that the petition from Exbourne was signed by the majority of United Methodists resident in the parish.
