§ Mr. MASTERMANThe application of the Board of Works for a Grant from the Development Fund for improvements at Ardglass Harbour is now before the Development Commission, but I cannot say when the recommendation of the Commissioners upon it will reach the Treasury. I am afraid that it would not be possible to complete the proposed works before the next season begins.
