§ Mr. W. BENNThe First Commissioner has received Sir Robert Lorimer's report on the Calton Hill Scheme. The Advisory Committee have decided to invite competition for designs.
§ 9. Mr. J. HOGGEasked whether the First Commissioner of Works has considered the suggestion of publishing the designs for the new Government buildings in Edinbnurgh in the Scottish Press in order that public criticism might be offered on the same?
§ Mr. W. BENNCompetitive designs for the new Government buildings in Edinburgh are to be invited. The First Commissioner will be very pleased to publish in the Scottish Press the designs when finally accepted.
