HC Deb 04 February 1913 vol 47 c1982
44. Mr. C. BATHURST

asked the President of the Board of Agriculture whether the twelve provinces into which the Board proposes to divide the country for the purposes of agricultural education have yet been delimited; and, if so, whether he will state in a written reply what counties are comprised in such provinces, respectively?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

The formation of provincial councils has made favourable progress, but the areas have not yet been settled in all cases. It is proposed to issue a memorandum giving full particulars as soon as possible.
