§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the ADMIRALTY (Dr. Macnamara)On 9th May last concessions in respect to rates of wages were announced in reply to the Petitions. The consideration of the great number of other questions raised has taken somewhat longer than was anticipated, but the replies to the whole of the Petitions are practically complete, and will be issued with the least possible delay.
