asked what was the amount of revenue received by the Crown during the last financial year from the Forest of Dean; what proportion of such revenue was derived from timber and minerals, respectively; and what was the expenditure during the same period upon its maintenance and custody?

The accounts for the last financial year are not yet adjusted, but the figures for 1911ሓ12, including not only Dean Forest proper, but the adjoining Crown properties of Highmeadow, etc., are as follows, namely:—
