Member whether, in view of the in structive character of the Report of the Departmental Committee on buildings for small holdings and the plans and specifications annexed thereto and the fact that the sale price of 11s. 3d. places it beyond the reach of a large number, if not the majority, of those most likely to profit by its perusal, he will make arrangements for its publication at a price which will make it more accessible to such persons?
§ Mr. RUNCIMANI concur entirely with the views expressed by the hon. Gentleman in this question. I have been in communication with the Publications Committee of this House and with the Stationery Office on the subject, and I am informed that a proposal to reissue the Report at a much reduced price is receiving favourable consideration. I hope to be in a position to make a more definite announcement at an early date.
