§ Mr. MASTERMANThe district insurance committees for the London boroughs have only recently been constituted, and I am informed by the London Insurance Committee that no meeting of the Wandsworth District Insurance Committee has yet been held. All the members, however, have been informed of their appointments, and the London Insurance Committee are in communication with the borough council on the matter.
