§ Mr. McKENNANo special report has been called for, as the circumstances of the accident did not appear to make such a course necessary. The inspector under the Metalliferous Mines Act in Cumberland has made full inquiry into the accident, and has made reports which are now under my consideration and will be referred to the Royal Commission on Metalliferous Mines.
