Mr. PEASEArticle 2 (9) of the Code of Regulations for Public Elementary Schools provides for the teaching of hygiene and physical training, including exercises in proper breathing; and for the purpose of this instruction the Board's official Syllabus of Physical Exercises, 1909, is being followed. I have no information with regard to the second part of the question.
