HC Deb 28 October 1912 vol 43 c46
86. Mr. TYSON WILSON

asked the number of decisions given by the Umpire re the inclusion and exclusion of workmen under Part II. of the National Insurance Act?

Mr. BUXTON

The number of decisions given by the Umpire under Part II. of the National Insurance Act up to and including those given on 23rd October, is 1,145. Of these 1,084 have been published in the "Board of Trade Journal," and "Labour Gazette." The remainder referring solely to individual cases have not been published. Two indexed volumes of decisions including those given up to 12th September have also been issued.

Mr. JONATHAN SAMUEL

Would it be possible to publish these in one list; it would be very convenient to the public, as so many questions have been asked?

Mr. BUXTON

I will consider the best method of obtaining proper publicity for them.
