HC Deb 28 October 1912 vol 43 c21
37. Captain CRAIG

asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether a Report has been received by the Board of Works from the local committees for the development of fisheries on the condition of the royal harbour of Ardglass, county Down; and, if so, will the matter of improving the bed and berthing accommodation receive sympathetic consideration at an early date, in order that proper facilities may be provided in good time for the next fishing season?

The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Masterman)

A memorial has been received from a local committee, and is now being inquired into.

Captain CRAIG

If I put down a question about a week hence, will the right hon. Gentleman be able to give me an answer then?

Mr. MASTERMAN

I will try to give an answer then.

Mr. FFRENCH

How much money have the Development Commissioners recommended for harbours in county Down?

Captain CRAIG

I can answer that—none at all.

Mr. MASTERMAN

I cannot answer the question without notice.
