HC Deb 23 October 1912 vol 42 c2172
26. Mr. BRIDGEMAN

had given notice of the following question: "To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give the figures upon which it is estimated that the distribution of the Improvement Fund has resulted in a saving of 4d. in the £ on agricultural rates?" I have been asked to postpone this question, but in view of the fact that the Chancellor of the Exchequer stated three years ago that he had these figures, am I to wait another three years?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

The real reason why I asked the hon. Gentleman to postpone the question was that I have been busy with the Advisory Committee, and had no time to get the information. I will communicate with the hon. Member.
