§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELL (Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture, Ireland)The Department were unable to finish this Return as the collection of the rate for the 1393 period ended 31st March, 1912, in one urban district (Athlone), has not yet been completed. The Return was presented on the 14th instant omitting the figure for this district. The Department are not aware of any defect in the previous Return.
