HC Deb 21 November 1912 vol 44 c481
84. Mr. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN

asked whether any appeal is possible under the National Insurance Act, 1911 (unemployment insurance), against a decision of the Umpire, including a particular class of workmen, when that decision is objected to by both the workmen and the employers concerned?

Mr. ROBERTSON

There is no appeal from a decision of the Umpire; but I may point out that provision is made in the Unemployment Insurance Regulations whereby application may at any time be made to the Umpire for the revision of any decision previously given by him.
