Mr. McKINNON WOODI am not aware that there has been any creation under Statute of allotments or small holdings during the present century. The Board of Agriculture for Scotland have made inquiries in and around Roxburghshire in terms of the Small Landholders Act, and are at present in negotiation with certain estates with a view to forming one settlement of small holders in the county and another near its borders.
