§ The FIRST LORD of the ADMIRALTY (Mr. Churchill)The eight scouts have been withdrawn from active service and are being rearmed and refitted. The date of completion and recommissioning cannot at present be stated definitely, but it is not anticipated that there will be any delay in the work of rearming.
