§ Mr. BIRRELLByrne's application was not received within the time prescribed by the Evicted Tenants Act, and cannot be dealt with under that Act. The holding formerly occupied by Byrne's father has been acquired by the present occupier under the Land Purchase Acts, and the Estates Commissioners cannot interfere in the matter.
§ Mr. HAYDENIs it not the fact that the Commissioners have acquired a considerable amount of tenant land in county Wicklow, and, if so, is there any difficulty in providing for this man?
