Mr. C. WASONCan the right hon. Gentleman say if the Committee appointed to deal with the special circumstances of the Highlands and Islands is empowered to deal with this question?
§ Mr. MASTERMANI think the Commission is limited to the question of medical attendance in the Highlands, but I hope to be able to give an answer in a few days' time.
