HC Deb 04 November 1912 vol 43 c844
102 Lord NINIANCRICH-TON-STUART

asked (1) the present position of the negotiations as to the removal of the Horse Artillery at Port Talbot; (2) whether the Horse Artillery at Port Talbot is inefficient; whether this inefficiency, if it exists, has been reported for several years; and who is responsible for the inefficiency, and (3) whether a meeting was called of all those interested in the Territorial Force of South Wales in connection with the question of the removal of the Horse Artillery from Port Talbot; and, if so, on what date, and who were invited?

Colonel SEELY

I am not yet in a position to make a statement on this matter.
