§ Mr. FREDERICK WHYTEasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he can state what progress has been made by the Scottish Insurance Commissioners under Section 13 (3) of the National Insurance Act; whether any societies in Scotland have submitted schemes for the provision of alternative benefits; and when the full material for the actuarial calculations which he has promised will be in the hands of those societies which desire to make the provision referred to?
