HC Deb 09 May 1912 vol 38 c562
Mr. STAVELEY-HILL

asked whether, under the Government of Ireland Bill, the cost of extra police will fall upon the Irish county councils as now; and by what means the Treasury will recover the money in the event of the Nationalist county councils, as now, refusing to pay?

The PRIME MINISTER

The method of charge will continue as at present, and will be recoverable by similar means.
