§ Mr. WEDGWOOD BENNThe building is insured under the terms of the head lease. The contents, which belong to the Government, are not insured, as it is contrary to the general practice of the Office of Works to insure Government property. Any loss consequent on fire or tempest would not fall on the Insurance Fund.
