HC Deb 11 March 1912 vol 35 c805
Mr. MacCALLUM SCOTT

asked the Secretary for Scotland whether he has considered the advisability of appointing on the proposed Commission on the housing of rural workers in Scotland a woman who has practical knowledge and experience of the subject-matter of the inquiry; and whether he is aware that there are women in Scotland who have that knowledge and experience?

Mr. McKINNON WOOD

I am not yet in a position to make a, statement as to the personnel of the proposed Commission. The answer to the second part of the question is in the affirmative.
