§ Colonel SEELYThe hon. and gallant Gentleman is doubtless alluding to the Grant of £50 for the Secretary of State's Prize at Bisley. This is granted subject to approval of the conditions of the competition to which it is attached. No other conditions are imposed on the association in connection with this Grant or in connection with the assistance given to the association, which consists of a staff for range duties, of a certain number of rifles, and a certain quantity of ammunition, and also of camp equipment.
§ Colonel SEELYThere is no Grant other than that I have explained. There is the £50 and the Grant in kind to which I have referred.
