HC Deb 18 June 1912 vol 39 cc1484-5
48. Lord ROBERT CECIL

asked the Prime Minister whether he will arrange his official duties in such a way as will enable him to give continuous attendance to the Committee on the Government of Ireland Bill?

The PRIME MINISTER

I shall do my test, but I must, of course, exercise my own judgment in the matter.

Lord HUGH CECIL

May I ask whether it was through official engagments that the right hon. Gentleman was prevented from attending the Committee on Thursday?
