asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he is yet in a position to state whether action will be taken to give effect to the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on the Constitution, etc., of the Isle of Man; and, if so, what measures are in contemplation in accordance therewith?

The Report of the Committee is under consideration, and I hope it will be possible to come to a decision upon it this year.
