§ The PRIME MINISTERThe Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster has consented to act as chairman of the Interdepartmental Committee, and I understand from him that the terms of reference and constitution of the Committee are not yet finally settled.
§ Sir A. WILLIAMSONArising out of that answer, may I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he has considered the suggestion that a member or members should be appointed on the Commission having special knowledge of the subject from the fishermen's point of view?
