§ 69. Mr. WILKIEasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he can furnish a Return giving the names of vessels, including tonnage and lives lost, reported missing, or lost by foundering and stranding, otherwise than by fire or collision, since 1st January, 1911, the nature of the deck cargo, if any, carried by such vessels, and, if any of the vessels were registered before 1906, the amount of freeboard of each vessel before and since that year?
