HC Deb 11 June 1912 vol 39 c700
87. Mr. BOLAND

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether the attention of the Estates Commissioners has been called to the application by Florence Sullivan to be reinstated, as the son of an evicted tenant, on the lands of Cappanhanarally, in the M'Gillicuddy estate; whether Florence Sullivan's father was a tenant of these lands and was evicted in November, 1879; whether this holding is now in the landlord's hands; and what is the objection to reinstating Florence Sullivan?

The CHIEF SECRETARY for IRELAND (Mr. Birrell)

The Estates Commissioners are inquiring into this case.
