§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Masterman)Regulations dealing with the payment of contributions for outworkers will shortly be issued, based on the report of the Committee presided over by Sir Ernest Hatch, and these regulations will determine methods of payment in the case of an outworker working for more than one employer.
