§ Mr. MONTAGUIt is not proposed at present to increase the number of members of the Legislative Council of the Governor-General, but certain rearrangements are contemplated as regards the position of provincial representatives as whole-time members of the Imperial Council, the exact cost of which cannot yet be estimated.
