§ Mr. RUNCIMANFurther investigations are being conducted by Dr. Graham Smith, of whose recently published report on investigations conducted last year the hon. Member is probably aware. From the reports which are now reaching the Board, there is no doubt, I am afraid, that the disease has reached some districts which have not hitherto been affected.
