§ 70. Mr. LARDNER
asked whether the chairman of health committees in Ireland appointed under the National Insurance Act will have a casting vote in the case of equality in addition to his own vote; and, if not, will he state in what manner questions will be decided in the case of an equality of votes?
§ Mr. MASTERMAN
Chairmen of insurance committees have, under the Regulations, a casting vote in addition to their first vote as a member of the committee. The second part of the question does not therefore arise.
