§ Mr. MASTERMANI am not aware that there has been any unusual or avoidable delay in the assessment or stamping of instruments at the Inland Revenue Offices in Dublin; but if the hon. Member will refer me to any particular case in which such delay has occurred, I will have special inquiry made and will communicate the result to him.
