Mr. BOWERMANasked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will give further consideration to the request recently made to him to have all the questions and answers upon points arising out of the National Insurance Act collected and printed, as was done when the Bill was under consideration last year?
§ Mr. MASTERMANIf I find that there is a general desire for the insurance questions and answers during this Session to be so collected, I will arrange for this to be done.
