HC Deb 22 July 1912 vol 41 c797
94. Mr. CHIOZZA MONEY

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, if any Treasury estimate has been made of the annual income from land in the United Kingdom, as distinguished from the value of improvements; and, if so, if he will state what it amounts to?

The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)

I am informed that no estimate of the nature mentioned by my hon. Friend has been made.

Mr. C. BATHURST

If the right hon. Gentleman does have an estimate made, will he differentiate between urban and agricultural land?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

Yes.
