§ Mr. MASTERMANThe book referred to, of which I am sending a specimen copy to the hon. Member, is intended primarily for use in the case of domestic day labour, such as that of the ordinary regular charwoman or gardener. The arrangement is applicable to cases where the same worker is regularly employed by the same employers week after week, and this is made clear by a note on the outside cover of the book.

§ Mr. MASTERMANNo. It is designed to meet the cases of those who are regularly casually employed.
