HC Deb 15 July 1912 vol 41 cc29-30
46. Mr. KING

asked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that the Court of Appeal decided on Saturday, 6th July, in the case of Scott v. Scott, that where a case is heard in camera the parties to a suit are not entitled to disclose the proceedings; and whether, having regard to the extent to which this decision may be pressed in preventing persons whose character and conduct may have been vindicated in a Court of Law from reaping the benefits of such vindication, he proposes to take any steps in this matter?

The PRIME MINISTER

The matter will be considered. I cannot make any further suggestion.
