HC Deb 26 February 1912 vol 34 c969
Mr. SWIFT MacNEILL

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the attention of the Government has been called to the character and record of one of the principal witnesses for the prosecution in the trial of Mr. Bertrand Stewart at Leipsic; and if any representations have been made, or will be made, to the German Government with a view of a reconsideration of those proceedings in the interests of justice?

The UNDER - SECRETARY for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Acland)

I can add nothing to the replies which have already been returned to the questions on this subject.
