§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Colonel Seely)My right hon. Friend has asked one to answer this question. The present unofficial members of the Executive Council of British Guiana are Mr. D. M. Hutson, Mr. G. Garnett, and Mr. C. G. A. Wyatt. Mr. Hutson's reappointment dates from September, 1911. Mr. Garnett's appointment dates from August, 1910. Mr. Wyatt's appointment dates from December, 1911. The reappointment of Mr. Hutson, and the appointments of Messrs. Garnett and Wyatt, were notified in the issue of the "London Gazette," dated 15th December, 1911.
