HC Deb 19 December 1912 vol 45 c1668
39. Mr. BOLAND

asked the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) whether representations have been made to the Congested Districts Board, or whether any other steps have been taken, to secure the replanting of the wood at Glenbeigh, which has been sold by the landlord to a firm of timber merchants?

Mr. T. W. RUSSELL (Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture, Ireland)

The Department have been in communication with the Congested Districts Board on the subject. As the wood was reserved from the sale by the landlord, neither the Board nor the Department have any power in the matter.
