§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe Board hope shortly to submit to the Development Commissioners proposals for the establishment of a Be search Institution for the investigation of diseases of animals. It would be premature for me to make any statement as to the details of the proposals until the Development Commissioners have had an opportunity of considering them.
