Lord ROBERT CECILasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that there was no discussion whatever in Committee upon Clause 2 of the Established Church (Wales) Bill, or upon three of the five Sub-sections of Clause 3, including the Sub-section dismembering Convocation; and whether he will arrange to give further time for the rest of the Committee of the Bill so as to prevent a similar result taking-place with regard to its other Clauses?
