The CIVIL LORD of the ADMIRALTY (Mr. Lambert)A sufficiently large number of representative and competent firms on the Admiralty list to secure the fullest competition will be invited to tender for the erection of the new pier at Killingholme, and the usual procedure of publishing the name and address of the successful contractor will be followed.
