Mr. CLYNESasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to the acts of bravery on the part of two workmen whilst engaged in rescue work when men were entombed recently in a dangerous sewer trench in Old Colwyn, Denbighshire; and whether he can take steps to ensure suitable recognition for admitted acts of heroism?
