§ Mr. McKENNAThese officials are not under my jurisdiction, and I have no knowledge of the particulars desired. Clause 1 of the Bill provides for the application to mentally defective persons dealt with under the Bill of Part IV. of the Lunacy 2490 Act, 1890, which refers to the administration of property, and to this extent the services of the Masters in Lunacy and their staff will be utilised.
