Member for St. George's-in-the-East, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether any decision has been come to by the Treasury upon the scheme submitted by the First Commissioner to improve the conditions of service of the employés in the Royal Parks; and, if so, if he will state the decision arrived at?
