HC Deb 04 December 1912 vol 44 c2301
Mr. BONAR LAW

Can the right hon. Gentleman make any statement in regard to the rumour circulated to-day that an armistice has been concluded, and that a Peace Conference is shortly to be held in London?

The PRIME MINISTER

The information which has reached us is to the effect that an armistice has been signed by the belligerent Powers, with the exception of Greece. As regards the proposal for the meeting of Ambassadors, I should prefer at this moment not to make any definite statement.
